For example, when you create a company, the system will already know that this legal entity type requires shareholders, directors and an auditor. These roles will be created automatically and you just need to select the individuals or entities performing that role. There are also certain default access rights attached to a role, for instance, a director of a company will be able to access all documents owned by the company. Once again, we take away a lot of work that typically needs to be done initially, but you still retain the ability to manually override any access rights.
